DULF Legal Aid Fund Update – 10/13/2025
We Are Exhausted.
$294,216 of $350,000 raised.
Close to enough, yet still not enough.
This week — from Tuesday, October 10 to Friday, October 14, between 10AM and 4PM — we stand before the Supreme Court of British Columbia (800 Smithe Street, 6th Floor, Room 66).
The Crown delivers its argument against us; we answer with our defense – an appeal to reason, to mercy, to the right to survive.
Should we fall in this battle, we will return again and again:
November 24–28. December 1–5. December 8–12.
To lay bare the evidence of our constitutional challenge.
And then, in the cold of January 26–30, we will deliver our final words – the oral arguments of what must, and must not, be permitted.
We are weary beyond measure.
But our exhaustion is not surrender.
It is the quiet endurance of those who know the cost of truth.
We are still standing.
