DULF Legal Aid Fund Update – 10/07/2025
DULF’s criminal court proceedings continue from 10AM – 4PM each day at the Court of Appeal for British Columbia (800 Smithe Street – Floor 6, Room 66) from Wednesday, October 8 to Friday, October 10. We are also likely to return Tuesday, October 14 and Wednesday, October 15, at the same time.
Thanks to our incredible supporters, we’ve raised $279,000 toward our legal defense, but we still need $71,000 more as of October 7, 2025 to fully fund the fight. Every dollar helps us defend drug user rights and challenge the criminalization of compassion.
